Insider Signal Scores
Insiders ranked by their historical trading accuracy. Higher scores indicate better track records.
The Insider Signal Score (ISS) measures how accurately an insider's trades predict future stock movement:
- Win Rate (35%): Percentage of trades that were "correct" (buys followed by gains, sells avoided losses)
- Average Return (25%): Mean return after 3 and 12 months, weighted toward 12M
- Conviction (20%): Returns weighted by how much the insider changed their position — bigger bets count more
- Confidence (20%): Bonus for insiders with more trades (more reliable signal)
Minimum 3 trades required, including at least one buy. Scores range from 0-100.

Understanding Insider Signal Scores
The Insider Signal Score (ISS) is a composite metric that ranks corporate insiders by the predictive accuracy of their SEC Form 4 filings. Unlike raw transaction data, ISS looks at what happened after an insider traded — did the stock go up after they bought, or down after they sold?
Insiders with high ISS scores have consistently made well-timed trades over multiple years. A score of 75+ indicates an insider whose trades have historically been followed by above-average stock performance within 3 to 12 months. These are the insiders worth watching most closely.
Use this table as a starting point: when a high-ISS insider makes a new trade, it may warrant further research into the company. You can click any insider name to see their full transaction history and portfolio across all companies.
